We are continuing to build something intentional through Woman Full of Power, Inc.—a space for women of faith to grow in leadership, business, and boldness. As we prepare for what’s ahead I’m expanding a small founding team of women who are ready to help build—not just participate.

operations lead

Purpose:
 Ensure the organization runs smoothly by managing structure, timelines, and coordination across all activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and manage project timelines (especially for events)

  • Track tasks and ensure deadlines are met

  • Coordinate across all team roles to maintain alignment

  • Identify gaps or risks and escalate proactively

  • Maintain central systems (task tracker, shared docs)

events coordinator

Purpose:
 Plan and execute high-quality experiences that reflect the mission and standard of Woman Full of Power.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop event plans and timelines

  • Coordinate vendors, venue, and logistics

  • Manage run-of-show for events

  • Ensure attendee experience is intentional and smooth

  • Work closely with Operations Lead for execution tracking

communications/brand lead

Purpose:
 Ensure consistent, compelling messaging that reflects the voice and vision of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage social media content and posting

  • Translate vision into clear messaging and captions

  • Maintain brand consistency across platforms

  • Support promotion of events and initiatives

  • Collaborate with founder to capture voice and tone

community engagement lead

Purpose:
 Build and nurture relationships that grow and strengthen the Woman Full of Power community.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with audience (comments, messages, outreach)

  • Identify and connect with potential partners or collaborators

  • Support attendee/community follow-up after events

  • Help build a sense of belonging within the community

  • Drive participation and connection
